Due to a limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within the 12-hour window, no-show for class, or arrive 5+ minutes late for class, you will lose your class credit and receive a late cancel or no-show fee.

If you are unlimited, you will be charged a late cancellation fee per class late-canceled or no-showed.

New Client 1-week Unlimited Clients: no perks apply, and all fees are valid.

Canceling a reservation

Sign into your account
Go to “Profile/Register” > “Profile” > “Bookings”
Click “Cancel” next to the class you wish to cancel
