Arrive to the studio 15-minutes early for your first class.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement.
Inform your instructor of any limitations, injuries, or anything that could impact your workout.

For our Reformer Pilates classes, grip socks are required for sanitary purposes and to help with stability during exercises. You can bring your own or purchase them at the studio.
For infrared mat classes, you’ll need to bring your own yoga mat, or you can rent one from us for $4.
We recommend bringing a water bottle, which can be filled at our water station, or you can purchase water from us.

Our signature class. This format focuses on building your Pilates foundation through controlled movement, breathwork, and alignment. Ideal for beginners or anyone looking to refine their form and reconnect with the basics.BURN
A high-energy, cardio-infused class using the jumpboard during our Reformer class and quick transitions to get your heart rate up. Expect a sweaty, fast-paced session that leaves you energized and stronger. Great if you want a full-body burn.DEFINE
A strength-based format that uses heavier springs and props to build lean muscle and challenge your endurance. Think controlled movements that deeply activate every muscle group. Ideal for those wanting to tone and strengthen.
